Applications:
hard wall hose suitable for a wide range of chemicals, petroleum product and oils, suitable for acid and chemicals in high concentration up to 98%.
Construction
Inner tube: Transparent, UPE, smooth, conductive through a black UPE helix stripe, food grade.
Reinforcement: Plies of high strength synthetic cord, embedded steel wire helix, copper wires.
Cover: Gray EPDM rubber, smooth, conductive through a black helix stripe, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant, cloth finish (other color available upon request).
Temperature range: -40 °C～+100 °C
Standard/Approval: Meets FDA
使用范围：
适用于输送和抽吸绝大多数侵蚀性化学品，溶剂，醇类，可输送浓度达 98％的酸和化学品。
软管结构：
内管：透明UPE(超高分子多聚乙烯)，平滑，黑色UPE螺旋导电带穿过内壁(R<106Ω)，食品级。
增强层：多层高强力纤维编织及内置螺旋钢丝增强，带导电铜丝。
外管：灰色EPDM橡胶（三元乙丙），平滑，黑色螺旋导电带穿过外壁，抗磨损，耐臭氧，耐大气侵蚀布状表面（其他颜色可定制）。
温度范围：-40°C～+100°C
