木材喷砂工艺
喷砂时首先将木材置于喷砂机内固定，再将喷头调整成45°——60°倾斜，并与工件表面保持8cm左右的距离，以平行木材纹理或垂直木材纹理方向连续喷射，冲蚀木材表面，达到突起木材纹理的目的。
木材喷砂加工的应用
喷砂工艺可广泛适用于处理木材表面氧化层、毛刺、油漆、木材仿古制作、家具翻新、木材雕刻等工艺。应用于提高木材表面的美观性、木制工艺品的深加工及木材的研究等方面。
1、 提高木材表面的美现性
木材具有优美的天然纹理．其表面经喷砂处理后，早材凹下成沟状，晚材则凸起，实现木材纹理之美，具有立体纹理效果。它适用于家具及室内壁板，其有特殊的立体艺术装饰效果。
2、 工艺品的深加工
